Emails - emails sent by the site (on registration, on property enquiry, on contact etc) are easy to manage and customise.

Users -Set up specific rights and privileges for certain users in your organisation.

Packages & Business Plans - Members can pay for packages with customisable number of listings, photos, active days. The admin can also set free or promo packages for own listings or other similar requirements.

Web-based admin management – By sucure login to the administration content area, listings may be added/edited or deleted, at any time from anywhere.

Manage Languages -  English is the default language of our sites,however, it is straight-forward  to customises a website for other languages. This feature is extremely useful for web based business located in a non-English speaking country.

Manage currencies - from the administration panel clients can add other currencies. This feature is extremely useful for web based business using currency other than the USD or EURO.

Property location management - Website administrator’s can manage the locations of the future listings. Management can include; continents, countries, states and the regions. Such is administered from the “Regional settings” tab in the administration area.

Property listing Management - Sub category division to manage features such as:

- Members: manage the members which can submit their own listings;

- Property Types: manage the property types like apartments, house beach, villa, etc. Easily customised to match business’ requirements;
- Beds, Features, Appliances, Activities, Payment Type: manage the beds, features, appliances, activities, payment types in individual forms. Add, edit or delete to manage business particulars;

- Add New/Edit Property Listings: manage the property listings by filling/editing an easy step-by-step form.

General Settings - In the administration area; Such provides easy management of general visual settings (e.g.: the number of listings to be shown in front-end, the number of search results shown, the listing’s photo gallery settings, etc.). A very important feature is the ability to  make the website ‘SEO friendly’.

Payment System - The engine is integrated with a payment system, with the possibility of making easy and secure transaction via PayPal. The payment system is easy to use for both administrators and users.
